To ensure you receive your goods by the next working day, please ensure you order before 3pm. To receive your order by Friday, please order by 3pm on Wednesday.

Orders placed over the weekend (Friday - Sunday) will be processed for dispatch on Monday.

Please note, in peak periods we have a processing time of 5 business days.

All worldwide standard orders take approx 5-7 days. To ensure you receive all your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Sunday 4pm EST to receive by Friday at the latest. Unfortunately, we do not offer a Saturday service.

All express delivery orders take 2-4 working days, provided there are no delays.

We insure each purchase during the time it’s in transit until it’s delivered to you. For all deliveries we require a signature, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

 

 

 

Bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be processed on the next working day.

 

 

Please bare in mind that due to COVID-19 and Brexit restrictions there may be minor delays regarding delivery.
