Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear pieces due to hygiene reasons, so please refer to our size chart before completing your order.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival, which should be a rare occurrence as all items are quality checked before shipping. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please send us an email at info@misaswim.com and we will assist you further.


Shipping Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to exchange your defected item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Resortwear Exchanges

Misa Swim runs an Exchange Only Policy for Resortwear Pieces.  

We understand that sometimes items don't fit as expected, so we are more than happy to exchange any resortwear items that fall short of your expectations.

We take pride in our Misa items, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all our security garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Please note that shipping costs are not covered by us when items are sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and obtaining tracking ID and proof of postage.

To process your exchange contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item via our email info@misaswim.com and include the following details:

1. Your Name

2. Order Number

3. The size you originally bought and the size you'd like to exchange

OR, If you'd like to swap your item for something else, then please state this, including the size you'd like (provided it's in stock). We offer up to 2 exchanges for every item.

If the replacement item costs extra we will send you a link to complete the remaining payment. This is a quick and easy process.

If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.

Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.

Late Returns

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.
